Zinc-alloy housing and SUS 304 steel shackle make SOLO U have a strong anti-corrosion function. 100 mm inner diameter provides sufficient storage space for most house keys, access cards and car keys. Waterproof to IP66 standards, ensuring it will not be damaged by bad weather conditions.
When you connect the SOLO U, you are able to manage the lock box through APP, use buttons password to unlock the LockBox. Also you can send one time code to scheduled housekeeping or package delivery. With SOLO U, you could manage and share your properties keys or vehicle keys conveniently and securely, it is a smart safe designed to improve your convenience of properties management.
You need to prepare 4 AAA batteries, battery life is one year. When Batteries are running out, you could powered up the SOLO via emergency type-c power port at the bottom to change batteries.
SOLO U can be used in a variety of occasions. When you go out, you can put valuable accessories, keys, money and other inconvenient items into SOLO U, and lock it on a place where it can be fixed, then you can enjoy your time wholeheartedly.
When you go hiking, mountaineering and cycling, you can unload your heavy backpack or park your bicycle at any time; when traveling on business, you can also ensure that the luggage/closet/storage box is safe from loss. All you need to do is lock them up with SOLO U.
The stainless steel shackle design makes the SOLO U a portable lock box to suits different purpose and scenarios. But when you want to mount it on wall, just need to remove the shackles, then you can manage your apartment and garage in a keyless way.
Products are delivered Australia wide using Australia Post (Registered Post). Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

For faulty products, Remote Pro offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.

- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
