The shell and battery cover of SOLO are made of zinc alloy, the material of battery is ABS, the material of lock block is POM, and the digital buttons are made of acrylic with texture. The diameter of 100mm makes SOLO big enough to hold many kinds of keys, key cards and valuables.
We have conducted multiple tests on SOLO and certified that it has the functions of waterproof, pry-proof, high and low temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. At the same time, its buttons have passed thousands of touch usage tests.
Multiple unlock methods provides more convenient options. SOLO lock box can be unlocked by buttons input pass code, App Bluetooth remote and App generated dynamic one time valid pass code. Mount SOLO on the wall, or lock the SOLO on the railing, outside the house, outside the car or any place where it can be fixed, and family members can enter the password to take the key and open at any time.
Energy conservation and environmental protection has always been our social responsibility. With our low-power design, 4 AAA batteries can last for about a year, avoiding frequent battery changes. When the battery is low, it can be accessed through the bottom C-type emergency power interface to power the lock box and replace the battery.
When someone's house or car, needs to be rented or sold. It is no longer necessary for them to send the key to satisfy the service of viewing the house/car. They only need to put the key in SOLO and authorize the short-term password, so that people in need can open the door by themselves.

Products are delivered Australia wide using Australia Post (Registered Post). Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

For faulty products, Remote Pro offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.

- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
