The K12 made of Zinc Alloy which is the most capable material in the security device industry. Water Proof, Anti-corrosion, IP65, High (60℃)-Low (-45℃) Temperature certified. Product Dimension is 120MM×54MM, and the weight is 1.05kg. We kept the traditional buttons operating method which make sure everybody can gain access by mechanical key conveniently.
Multiple unlocking methods are more convenient to use. K12 can be unlocked with a button password, a mobile app Bluetooth and Mobile app dynamic password. With Mobile App Control, your KeyBox is getting more capable of serving your apartment management. You can grant one-time access for a weekly housekeeping service and you don’t need to meet up with the housekeepers. You can grant a periodic password access to your guests and they don’t need to get the keys from you in person.
The 2 upper Key Holders where you can hang 5-7 regular door keys and also lower space you can put multiple door cards or even your car key in it. You will be relaxed knowing that your most valuable belongings are safe and secure. It will make you peace of mind because your important door keys, car keys or even more can be secured when you are away from home.
You need to prepare 4 AAA batteries, battery life is one year. When Batteries are running out, you could powered up the keybox via emergency type-c power port at the bottom to change batteries.

Products are delivered Australia wide using Australia Post (Registered Post). Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

For faulty products, Remote Pro offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.

- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
