Description:

This remote is a new product with several patent technologies. No matter what time of the year, you can create an environment with the required temperature of your liking at the ease of your fingertips. This remote control with 999 codes is compatible with 98% of Air-conditioners around the world.

This remote also has a clock, timer On/Off, room temperature display and other functions. It is a more compact remote and fits snuggly in your hand.


Instructions: Video

  1. Look for the required Brand and associated Code range in the Brand and Code List on the back of the Instructions list ie DAIKIN, Code range 751-774

  2. Aim the Remote at the Air-Conditioning unit

  3. Press the SELECT button and hold for approximately 5 seconds. Code numbers will start to flash in the bottom right hand corner of the digital screen

  4. Press the TEMP arrow buttons Up or Down to find the exact code number (within the Code Range) for the Brand type you require. (NOTE: If the button is pressed down continuously, the numbers will cycle faster)

  5. Press the TEMP arrows Up or Down slowly once you are within the required range for you to synchronize with your required Brand type. Once the remote synchronizes with the Air-Conditioning unit, it will beep and the Air-Conditioning unit will turn on. Please note: this process may take up to 10-15 minutes depending on Brand / Code number.

  6. As soon as it beeps, press OK. If you pass the beeping sound, press the TEMP arrow buttons Up or Down slowly to find the exact code number and associated beep.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

For faulty products, Remote Pro offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.


If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.


Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.

  • Reason why you are returning the product

  • Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
