The number 1 hinge is used to house the roller and join the bottom panel to the second panel from the ground, it is also generally used on all internal vertical frame sections. The easiest way to confirm what number hinge you require is by looking at the number stamped on your existing hinge as these are generally stamped 1-7 with 1-3 being the most common.

These hinges are embossed with a number 1, 2, 3 or 4 according to which panel they came from for the immediate left and right hinges. There are also middle hinges which may be embossed with very small numbers but are not relevant to the hinge.

Please select carefully as hinges look the same initially however the hole centers for the roller shaft vary by 5-6mm between each panel so fitting the incorrect hinge will cause your door to bind or scrape along the face.

Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.

- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
