Please ensure your current remote is pictured in the main image and your remote has a green light. Coding the new remote can be completed by either using an old working remote or if no working remote is available you will require two people as you will need to remove the negative terminal from the battery and replace it but the next step must be done within 10 seconds.

Instructions:
- Sit in driver’s seat with driver’s door open
- Lock and unlock doors with existing remote (if no existing remote, disconnect the negative battery terminal for 30 seconds, reconnect negative battery terminal, and start from step 3)
- Turn key from ‘Accessories’ to ‘On’ 20 times within 12 seconds, and return the key back to ‘Off’
- Hazards should flash 20 times to indicate programming mode (if this step does not occur you must start again from step 1 - Also if it still does not flash please try step 3 but turning the key from OFF to ON instead of Accessories to ON)
- After the 20th flash press the remote control
- Hazards should flash once to indicate successful registration
- Press any additional and existing remotes (max 3)
- Turn key from ‘On’ to ‘Off’ twice
- Remove key, exit vehicle and test all remotes.

Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

For faulty products, Remote Pro offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
