The Yale Simplicity Series door furniture is finished in 304 grade stainless steel making it ideally suited to compliment modern apartment interiors. Conforming to the specific requirements of multi-residential developments, the Simplicity Series includes 2 hour fire rating and features two AS1428.1 compliant lever options in both passage and privacy configurations. The Privacy Lever Sets come complete with privacy latches. The Passage Lever Sets are sold separately from the passage latches because these Lever Sets can also be installed with a mortice lock as an Entrance Set. Standard turn knobs and oval cylinder escutcheons are available.

Application
Suitable for use in multi-residential developments.
Designed for use with Australian oval cylinder style mortice locks (as Entrance Sets) and Tubular Latches.

Dimensions
Lever Rose has a 54mm diameter x 12mm.

Handing
A removable stop plate allows these symmetrically designed levers to be handed and set as either an operable or fixed lever on site.

All visible surfaces 304 stainless steel.

Fire Rated
Yale Simplicity Series Leversets have been successfully tested up to 2 hours with a fire rated Lockwood mortice lock on fire door assemblies (depending on type of doorset) in accordance with Australian Standard AS1905.1:2005, Fire Resistant Doorsets.

Products are delivered Australia wide using Australia Post and other freight services. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.


Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

• Any damaged item(s) returned will not be refunded.
• Any change of mind or incorrectly chosen item(s) returned will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
• Any returned item(s) NOT in the original packaging but are undamaged, will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
• Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you free of charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.

• Your full name.
• Your order number.
• Reason why you are returning the product.
• Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
• Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product.
• Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return, this will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.
