Key Tracking Made Simple
ProMaster Key Manager has been designed to be very simple to use. No formal training is required. All you do is follow the step-by-step instructions that are included in the ProMaster Key Manager programme. All aspects of the tracking and reporting systems are automatic functions of the programme.

User Defined Security
As with most organisations, key holders usually have varying degrees of security clearance. ProMaster Key Manager makes it easy to provide multiple security levels with usernames and passwords for staff to access permitted parts of the programme.

Direct Link To Your Locksmith
You can link directly with any locksmith or lock manufacturing company using the ProMaster Master Keying 7 system via ProMaster Key Manager. This allows you to receive regular updates and to order additional keys by email.

With ProMaster Key Manager you can generate professionally designed reports that are clear and concise with the click of a mouse. Each report covers all aspects of your key tracking from issue to return:

ProMaster Key Manager PREMIUM Hardware Requirements:

This product edition is installed on a single network server (which may for small installations be used also as a workstation) and a portion of the product can be installed on workstation computers for each user. All parts of the program and also the program database are located on the network server, and a portion of the program is located on each workstation.

The minimum server computer hardware requirements are: Pentium CPU 1GB of free (available) RAM 200MB of available Hard Disk Drive space Mouse or other pointing device One of: Windows 10, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012/2012 R2, Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2003. The minimum display resolution required is 1024 x 600 with 16 bit colour (sometimes called 64K colours or 65536 colours) or greater. A Windows supported printer is optional.

The minimum workstation computer hardware requirements are: Pentium CPU 512MB of free (available) RAM 50MB of available Hard Disk Drive space Mouse or other pointing device One of: Windows 10, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012/2012 R2, Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2003. Networking protocol requirements ProMaster Key Manager Premium requires that the TCP/IP networking protocol be installed and functioning correctly. Normally this is done as part of installing Windows. If you do not have TCP/IP installed and correctly configured then you should install it before proceeding with the installation. See your Windows documentation or systems support person for help installing TCP/IP.

Firewall software Firewall software is increasingly popular to help protect from malicious computer attacks. If you are running any type of firewall software you must ensure that it allows ProMaster Key Manager to communicate on TCP port 30632 and port 30633. If ProMaster Key Manager is unable to communicate with its database (on the network server), try disabling your firewall software to identify the source of the problem.

Signature Pads ProMaster Key Manager Premium support integration with T-L462 & T-LBK462 Model Series SignatureGem LCD 1x5 signature pads by Topaz Systems Inc. This requires the installation of drivers and software for the device that are supplied by Topaz Systems Inc. General terms and for normal trading hours;


Products are delivered Australia wide using Australia Post and other freight services. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.


Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

For faulty products, Lock-It-Online offers a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however due to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep our customers happy and satisfied.

• If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product.
• If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product ONLY, NOT including the freight costs.
• When returning item(s), please ensure the item(s) are undamaged and in the original packaging so we can resell the item(s)
• Any damaged item(s) returned will not be refunded.
• Any change of mind or incorrectly chosen item(s) returned will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
• Any returned item(s) NOT in the original packaging but are undamaged, will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
• Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you free of charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.


When making a claim, please make sure you provide the following details:
• Your full name.
• Your order number.
• Reason why you are returning the product.
• Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
• Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product.
• Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return, this will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.
