Evolutionary rather than revolutionary, the new version of the Professional have been released in response to market feedback since the launch of the original Bravo Professional in 2003.
The Professional is visually similar to the machine it replaced, and has the following features & benefits:
Enhanced jaw operation, featuring a new spring-loaded release mechanism that is easier to use than previously, and is less likely to jam or cause confusion as to whether the jaw is locked or open. The jaw is also rounded at the corners near the top to reduce finger grazes or injuries.
Self clutching (ratcheting) jaw knobs that prevent brute force locksmiths from overtightening the jaw knob and stripping the threads on the jaw studs
Improved handles design, easier to hold, improved visual attraction, more comfortable and natural action, inclined away from the jaws to allow even larger-headed keys to be cut with maximum ease.
Power switch moved to the side for easier operation (note the carriage remains controlled by a microswitch, as before)
Improved and extended plexiglass shield, better protection for the operator (the shield now covers the area near the RHS jaw), and swarf is now less likely to be trapped inside the cutter shield as it has a small opening at the bottom to release built-up swarf.
In addition to the main changes outlined above are a number of other minor differences, including slight repositioning of the light towards the rear, and slight alterations to the electronics.
We are confident that these enhancements will further increase the appeal of these premium heavy-duty duplicating machines.
General terms and for normal trading hours;
Products are delivered Australia wide using Australia Post and other freight services. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

For faulty products, Lock-It-Online offers a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however due to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep our customers happy and satisfied.
Please note;
• If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product.
• If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product ONLY, NOT including the freight costs.
• When returning item(s), please ensure the item(s) are undamaged and in the original packaging so we can resell the item(s)
• Any damaged item(s) returned will not be refunded.
• Any change of mind or incorrectly chosen item(s) returned will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
• Any returned item(s) NOT in the original packaging but are undamaged, will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
• Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you free of charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
When making a claim, please make sure you provide the following details:
• Your full name.
• Your order number.
• Reason why you are returning the product.
• Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
• Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product.
• Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return, this will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.
