Touch-Less door opening

IMPORTANT: StepNpull will work on any commercial solid core wood or metal door regardless of the door’s size or weight. If the door is abnormally difficult to pull open, adjust the door closer resistance to make opening easier.

StepNpull should be mounted approximately 3.5 mm from the bottom and and outer edge of the door. Mark the holes with a pencil while holding the StepNpull against the door at a level mounting position. Wood Doors: Once holes are marked, drill a 8 mm centre hole. Use the provided sex bolt for the middle hole, and the 4 mm #12 screw for the outside holes. Metal Doors: Once holes are marked, drill a 6.5 mm centre pilot hole. Use the provided sexed bolt for the middle hole, and the 4.5 mm #12 screws for the outside holes. To prepare the centre hole, use a 8 mm bit to enlarge the centre hole, while drilling through the outer metal skin. Remove any burrs and use Loctite on bolt threads. Open door fully and check for any interference issues with wall or floor mounted door stop. Install instructional decals above door handle.

Products are delivered Australia wide using Australia Post and other freight services. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.


Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

• When returning item(s), please ensure the item(s) are undamaged and in the original packaging so we can resell the item(s)
• Any damaged item(s) returned will not be refunded.
• Any change of mind or incorrectly chosen item(s) returned will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
• Any returned item(s) NOT in the original packaging but are undamaged, will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
• Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you free of charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.


When making a claim, please make sure you provide the following details:
• Your full name.
• Your order number.
• Reason why you are returning the product.
• Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
• Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product.
• Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return, this will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.
