All products can be returned with no questions asked within the first 14 days of receiving your order. The product must not have been used or installed and must be in a condition that it can be re-sold as a new item. The Customer is responsible for paying and arranging the return shipping and a refund will be issued on receipt of the returned goods.
If your product is faulty, Safeguard Locksmiths offer a 14 day replacement warranty and will replace it with an identical product if available. If not, you can choose an alternate product of the same value or be issued with a full refund.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.

Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. Our open hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) An email will be sent to you advising that your order is ready for collection, please bring a copy of the email to the collection point.
