The Verroo smart range of locking devices has been designed with security, flexibility and convenience in mind.
Utilising Bluetooth technology with AES128 encryption you can be sure when communicating and sharing access to your Verroo, you are doing so securely and with zero web presence.
A patented challenge - response method is used whenever you send an eKey for access to your device ensuring absolute security.
The Verroo Smart Controller and Compact Strike kit is an ideal solution for your residential or semi-commercial premises. The Compact Strike has been designed to complement a range of existing hardware from common entrance sets through to commercially rated mortice locks.
The unique and compact footprint of the Strike allows fitting in most narrow door frames by reducing the amount of material to be removed.
Verroo’s App is feature rich and gives the owner many options to customise not only your own access but your visitors too. Three levels of access are available, Normal, Admin or Owner depending on the rights you wish to give the user making it perfect for residential and commercial applications alike. Verroo provides many flexible eKey options for access to your device, permanent access for family, one time use for trades and timed access for regular visitors are all available. With up to 1000 users able to be enrolled per device and each with varying access levels the Verroo strike is suitable for small, medium and large applications.

General terms and for normal trading hours;
Products are delivered Australia wide using Australia Post and other freight services. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

For faulty products, Lock-It-Online offers a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however due to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep our customers happy and satisfied.
Please note;
• If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product.
• If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product ONLY, NOT including the freight costs.
• When returning item(s), please ensure the item(s) are undamaged and in the original packaging so we can resell the item(s)
• Any damaged item(s) returned will not be refunded.
• Any change of mind or incorrectly chosen item(s) returned will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
• Any returned item(s) NOT in the original packaging but are undamaged, will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
• Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you free of charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
When making a claim, please make sure you provide the following details:
• Your full name.
• Your order number.
• Reason why you are returning the product.
• Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
• Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product.
• Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return, this will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.
